We are a 25 year old residential and commercial appraisal company which has recruited a highly educated and trained team of appraisers in our markets. We are intent on making this team a leader in appraisal and consulting services to clients in the Greater Houston MSA. I have been a Certified General Appraiser for the last 25 years and started our company after a career in the Banking Business. Mark Verrett is a Certified General Appraiser. Hector Bolano, and Lisa Nagle are Certified Residential Appraisers. Aaron Dieudonne is a Licensed Residential Appraiser.
Mark Verrett Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and are actively pursuing advanced educational achievements within the Appraisal Institute. Mark is on the Board of Directors of the Houston Chapter of the Appraisal Insitute, Vice Chairman of the AI National LDAC for 2010, and Chairman of LDAC for 2011.

Customer service and satisfaction are our keynotes. For that reason we all work for our founder , Ken, who is administrative hub. Whether its through Ken or otherwise, all appraisers are accesible via cell phone and email. Ken controls our central computer data base which is the technical hub of our business. Ken makes commitments for our firm regarding assignments and manages the work flow to make sure that our deadlines are met. He is the always accessible central point to answer questions, and to ensure that our clients and their customers are satisfied that their needs are being met. Ken manages a staff of two administrative personnel which work from India to serve our clerical data needs, allowing us a twelve hour head start each day to assist our Clients.
