We are a 20 year old residential and commercial appraisal company which has recruited a highly educated and trained team of appraisers in our markets. We are intent on making this team a leader in appraisal and consulting services to clients in our markets. The following information and our web site links noted at the bottom of this message should give you a full picture of who we are and what we do. All of our staff have degrees from respected Universities; three have Masters Degrees, one has dual Bachelor Degrees.
I have been a Certified General Appraiser for the last 20 years and started our company. Mark Verrett is a Certified General Appraiser. Robert Abbott is a Certified Residential Appraiser. Corey Bernstein and Robert Dieudonne are Licensed Residential Appraisers.
Mark, Abbott, and Corey are all Associate Members of the Appraisal Institute and are actively pursuing advanced educational achievements within the Appraisal Institute. Dieudonne is following the National Association of Realtors Appraisal Division education track, has received his real estate agent license and is working toward the NAR Appraisal Designation within the next year. All of our guys have been thoroughly trained and are top quality professionals. We stack up with anyone in the business!
Customer service and satisfaction are our keynotes. For that reason we all work for our full time Administrative Manager and Client Advocate, Bobbi Stewart. Bobbi has a BBA in Marketing and is the main point of contact between our staff and our clients. Bobbi controls our central computer data base which is the technical hub of our business. She makes commitments for our firm regarding assignments and manages the work flow to make sure that our deadlines are met. She is the always accessible central point to answer questions, and to ensure that our clients and their customers are satisfied that their needs are being met. Bobbi manages a staff of two administrative personnel, Sara Avila, and Cota Myles who are there to assist our Clients.
