We offer a wide range of appraisal and consulting services for real estate (commercial and residential) which include a Full Range of Commercial Report Types and a Complete Range of Residential Report Types, REO Services, Desk and Field Reviews, and Draw Inspection Services. We are approved FHA appraisers and approved USDA appraisers for Multi Family properties including Low Income Housing Tax Credit Appraisals and Farm Labor Housing.
All of our reports will meet the requirements of USPAP, FIRREA, FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, as well as any special requirements of our Clients.
